Tyler Stump was born and raised in Ocala, and these days calls 2.33 acres in Dunnellon home, where he and his wife renovated a 1970s brick house into the property it is today. He’s 31, a husband, and father to a three year old son and an eighteen month old daughter.

Real estate is the business. The outdoors is the life. Tyler is a licensed USCG captain who spends his free time on the Gulf out of Crystal River, Homosassa, and Yankeetown, running a 1980 SeaVee Rampone he rebuilt from the stringers up, alongside a Key West skiff he keeps just as busy. When he’s not on the water, he’s surfing in St. Augustine, Ponce Inlet, and Satellite Beach, bow hunting, or tinkering with his 1964 Nova. On the course, he plays Juliette Falls (his backyard, and a former employer) and Royal Oaks regularly, with rounds at Black Diamond, Golden Ocala, and Country Club of Ocala along the way.

That firsthand knowledge of this lifestyle is what Tyler brings to every client. He’s not guessing what it feels like to live this way. He’s living it, and he wants the same for the families and buyers he works with.
